DESIGN

Our initial service is to design the system that best suits you and your properties needs and requirements, from both an energy and financial benefit. Whether you want complete independence from future energy bills or just to make a sound investment, we can guide you through the process. We will:

• Survey your property to determine its suitability for different technologies
• Suggest technologies that suit your personal needs
• Work you through the financial benefits and expectations of future energy bills
• Work out an installation timetable that fits your time schedule

FINANCE

We can help you with the initial up-front capital costs of your investment by arranging finance for your project. We will work out a cash flow plan from your renewable energy project and help offset, as much as possible, the loan repayments, so that the net effect is zero or positive for you. In this we:

• Provide a detailed analysis of investment returns on the renewable project
• Provide a detailed expected cash flow return on your project
• A comparative APR on your project for you to compare against loans
• Assist on receiving bank financing for your renewable project

INSTALL

The installation process will be designed around your needs. We are happy to work with your own architects or contractors, or can provide our own professionals to install the equipment. We will be discrete, tidy and punctual – making the process as easy as possible for you:

• A detailed installation timetable will be drawn up from the start
• Installations of more than one system will be combined to reduce inconvenience to you
• Timely, polite and clean installation process done as quickly and efficiently as possible for you
• A Cernunnos warranty on all installation work done, covering you, your home and your new equipment

MAINTAIN

Following your successful installation process, we do not leave our clients on their own. We will register you for your

RHI

payments, monitor equipment performance, servcie your systems annually and keep you up to date with the latest renewable energy market news and developments through our e-newsletter:

• Register you for the FiT and RHI and ensure timely and simple flow of payments
• Service equipment annually, with a 24 hour call-out service in case of emergency
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure you are getting the most out of your system financially
• Keep you up to date with the latest news and technology in the renewable energy market
