Cernunnos Developments is a property development company specialising in environmentally friendly homes. We develop our own houses using the most energy efficent building techniques and products. We aim to build homes that are not only affordable to run today, but more importantly affordable to run over the lifespan of the house.
In addition to developing our own properties we also provide consulting services to architects and other developers so that we can pass on our experience of renewable energy building techniques. At one stage or another, we have used nearly every technology around, and are well placed to let you know what works and what doesn’t.
Working in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire areas, we have helped numerous developers create energy efficient homes. We also work on domestic renovations and extensions, where we have completed the entire project to the highest of standards, incorporating our energy efficient methods and mixing them with the existing buildings energy supply in the case of extensions.
Our developments are built to the next generation of building standards (embodied in Code for Sustainable Homes) – we build today what will be required in a few few years time.
