It is a sad state of the industry whereby we should have to be offering these services. However, demand is such that we will, and do, offer repair services for installations that have gone wrong. Whether these be electrical repairs, or workmanship repairs, we can come and fix them for you. For Cernunnos Homes customers, whom have a 10 year workmanship warranty, these services are obviously free of charge for 10 years (although we have never had to go out on a repair job as of yet for our customers)! For those that have had installations installed by other companies which now need repairing we can help (although the service is not free!).
Of course, once you do use our services, you will then be covered by our workmanship warranty for the work undertaken!!!
